Today has been slow and not very motivational. I’ve eaten we’ll and stuff but I’ve been lazy! I need to start making the most out of my daily hours!
On the plus side, boyfriend is going to buy me protein powder for like snack/meal replacement as well as some weights and an exercise ball :)!
Just about to do my HIIT workout. Will post results when I’m done :).
However I do need some banging tunes to suppliment!
